purchased the assets and business of A Statewide Mobile
Office Leasing located in Chesapeake, VA. New
Acton Mobile Industries, LLC does business as Acton Mobile

A Statewide,
formed in 1989 is a full service provider of mobile offices,
construction trailers serving the Tidewater, VA area. Acton,
formed in 1970, with over 10,000 units in its fleet, is
in the same business as A Statewide and currently operates
20 branches in the Eastern two thirds of the U.S. The A
Statewide facility in Chesapeake, VA will become the Tidewater
Branch of Acton and the 20th location and the 2nd in Virginia.
Acton's corporate offices are located in Baltimore, MD.
