Acton Mobile Industries Receives Industry Firm of the Year from TEXO

(Baltimore, Md. — April 29, 2010) — ACTON MOBILE INDUSTRIES —  a leader in providing temporary and permanent space solutions — has been awarded Industry Firm of the Year from the combined ABC/AGC Chapters in North and East Texas, known as TEXO.  

This prestigious award is presented to the non-contractor member firm that best exhibits support, participation and contribution to the mission and goals of TEXO. The award is presented based on a vote of the membership.

According to TEXO, Acton’s Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) team, lead by South Central Area Manager Rodney Shrader, earned this award by their team effort, enthusiasm and participation in the ABC and AGC chapter activities for the past six years. Shrader has been a big advocate of the local association affinity programs, making sure the DFW team actively participates. He has also served as a board member for the past two years. In addition, several Acton staff members serve on multiple volunteer committees.

According to Shrader, this effort and hard work has generated quite a few new clients, increased the number of units on rent and enhanced the branch performance.

“This proves that positive results occur by building relationships,” said Shrader. “This award was possible for the Dallas branch thanks to all of our hardworking staff members. We are privileged to be a part of the best construction industry in the country.” 

The awards banquet was held at the new Dallas Cowboys stadium on Wednesday, April 22.
